Refund & Exchange Policy
At Rock and Tulle Boutique, every piece is handmade with love and care just for you. Because of the custom nature of our work, please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items All custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Because these pieces are crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you're not completely happy, we want to make it right — please reach out and we'll do our best to offer an exchange or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at rockandtulle@gmail.com. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges To request an exchange, email us at rockandtulle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Once approved, ship the item back within 7 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Turnaround & Processing Times Custom orders typically take around 2 weeks to complete. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a special occasion. We'll keep you updated along the way!
Refund Timeline Once your return or exchange is approved, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.
